Below are the members of our Ministry Team who are available to speak at your event or meeting:

Dr. Michael Garrett
Executive Director
Dr. Garrett serves at the executive director of Homes of Hope for Children.  As a child Michael was blessed along with his two sisters to live and grow up at a Christian children’s home in Louisiana.  In the summer of 2006 he came to south Mississippi with the passion and vision to build a children’s home ministry that would serve the needs of hurting children in the area. Over the past six years the ministry has grown from a vision to a reality.  Dr. Garrett and his wife Julie have two children, Caleb & Kelly Rose.

Melissa Litke

Mrs. Litke is currently serving as Director.  She and her husband along with their daughter, joined Homes of Hope in July of 2011.  Melissa has a passion for sharing her deep faith in Jesus Christ as well as the countless stories she has acquired from being in direct care for over twelve years in Children's Home Ministries.  While she and her husband have cared for hundreds of children and teens over the years, they have witnessed many spiritual victories in the lives of those Satan tried to claim for his own.  Mrs. Litke undoubtedly has front line news of how God is in the business of rescuing children who have been thrown away in our society.  "God IS a mountain-mover", she says, "I have witnessed it!"
